Chickpeas
are healthy and if you prepare them with the recipe below, they will make a

Preheat
the oven to 200 degrees. Drain the chickpeas and then rinse with water. When
dried you can put them in a bowl and add the oil and spices to taste. Mix the
ingredients before you spread them on a baking tray. Now you can put them in
the oven for 45 minutes and stir once in a while. They’ll shrink to about 60%
of their original size.
You can
experiment with all kinds of different seasoning. But personally I like them
most with garlic.
