The wonderful world of Tea


I’m a real tea enthusiast. And I own a lot of different flavours. We all know tea is healthy. But what exactly does it do for you? I did some research and this is what I found.


Slow metabolism
If you have a slow metabolism you should drink some green tea.

Sleepless
When you can’t sleep you can try some chamomile tea.

Relaxing
And when you can’t think of anything else then that big project it might be time to relax with some lemon balm tea.

Nausea
When you ate to much you can drink some ginger tea, to feel less nauseous.

Felling bloated
And if you feel bloated you should drink some peppermint tea.

Common cold
If you’re sneezing and coughing it’s definitely time for some tea with elderflower
