Banana Pancakes



Banana Pancakes are a real trend nowadays, and with reason!
They are easy to make, very tasty and even healthy. They are
very sweet without adding sugar. You can eat them on a slow
Sunday morning or bake them for your sleepover guests.



Ingredients:
·         1 ripe banana
·         2 eggs
·         1 tsp Cinnamon

Start baking:
Mash the banana and mix it with the eggs and a teaspoon of cinnamon. I particularly like them when the bananas aren’t pureed, so there’re still recognizable pieces of banana in the mixture. Take a frying pan, heat some oil, and fry them on both sides until they’re golden brown. You can serve them with some blueberries or other delicious fruit.
